In Pakistan, incidents of sexual exploitation and violence of children are being added to the news on a daily basis. The increasing number of such incidents on every coming day is clearly reflected in the rule of law, the seriousness of the government and the senselessness of society. Our society has confused people with the clutter, view and function of rituals of ordinary and outdated society, from the element of consumerism. On the other hand, the murder of innocent children after sexual assaults has devastated society.
It is easy to claim that our society is civilized, exemplary, religious, and traditional, but our actions are the exact opposite of the ideal and ideological society. This problem is relevant to us all because we are individuals of a great nation that can tolerate sexual abuse and harassment, but the advice of sex education and training is considered inhuman.
The Islamic Republic of Pakistan is nothing new when it comes to child molestation and genocide, a series that has continued as a continuation. There are scenes like Resurrection every day, sometimes acid burns over the wards, sometimes being shot under a black hood, sometimes being torn apart by dogs, until buried human bodies are not safe in graveyard. Recently an incident that has happened with a child in Manhsra, this incident really beats the head of humanity, But who speaks for the end of evil? It’s again a question? When the long arms of the law do not even reach the criminal, many questions arise. Legislative bills are passed by the Assembly, but it is lawful to enforce them. There are many laws regarding the rights of children that these laws only break on the floor of the Assembly.
According to the "Sahil" report, a non-governmental organization working on the rights of children, the total number of cases of child abuse in 2018 has reached 2115. According to a report published by the Voice of America, more than 17,000 child abuse cases have been reported in the last four years. Not only does this matter upset Pakistan, but the US Justice Department has issued a horrific report in this regard.
According to the report, the US government has received 4500 complaints of sexual abuse with underprivileged children over the past four years by the Government Fund Management Center and according to UK government statistics, nearly 19,000 children have been gang-raped in the past year, After that, the authorities have shown the possibility that the situation is so serious that it can take the form of "epidemic".
A Catholic Christian organization however acknowledged in its organizational statement that 175 of the 33 priests had sexually abused and abused. According to the confession of a religious church in Rome, its dozen clergymen have been sexually abusing nearly two hundred minor children for more than eight decades, with at least 60 children being sexually abused by its founder. Catholic Christianity's Center for Vatican News Agency DPA reports that this sub-organization or community of the Roman Catholic Church is stealing the Legionaries of Christ. While the Vatican of the Christian community was described during the testing process, the founder of the organization, Marciak Michell Digolado, who passed away, he used to have sex with children to such an extent, at least 60 adult children were sexually assaulted by just one priest. Children who are the architects of the future are being brutally subjected to sexual violence; it is infecting humanity with regard to children not only in Pakistan but in Europe including Britain.
The question here arises here arises why the children are being treated so badly? Who is responsible for that? Can't we really protect our children? The answer points to the decline of "social and moral". Of course, as much as parents are responsible for this affair, so too is the process of social equality. The environment around us also affects children, which can lead to children being abused, abused, and misled. Child sexual abuse cases are evidence of sexual intercourse. In a society where individuals are particularly vulnerable to male sexual abuse and stress, or where there is a lack of sexual training and etiquette, sexual abuse and murder of children is definitely astonishing. If such punishments could be cured with severe punishment, the sex offenders must have learned a lesson by committing the crime of Zainab, and we would not get every day for the trash of children from garbage cans.
The statistics cited above regarding sexual exploitation with children are like a blink on the face of the states. The time has come for the government to introduce a mechanism in this regard and introduce a system to monitor the activities of children at educational institutions and public places, as well as bring criminals to the curb role of law enforcement.
